West African Development Bank

The West African Development Bank or Banque Ouest Africaine de Developpement (BOAD) is an international institution. It is the common development finance institution of the member countries of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU). Member countries include Benin, Burkina, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo. It is based in Lome, Togo.
